 We recently had the opportunity to meet with the ESTRON team, a company globally respected for its cutting-edge solutions in fine wire technology, particularly within the hearing aid industry. The meeting offered valuable insights into their technical capabilities, product quality, and forward-looking approach to innovation.

At the beginning, the ESTRON team introduced their company to us enthusiastically, introducing the main organizational personnel and the advantageous products they had launched since 1994, and provided a detailed introduction to the entire product development direction.

During the conversation, it was evident that a deep commitment to innovation and precision drives ESTRON.

Their team welcomed us with a comprehensive presentation covering their product range, including ultra-fine enamelled copper wires, litz wires, and customized micro cables designed specifically for use in hearing aids, cochlear implants, and other miniature audio devices. What impressed us most was their unwavering focus on quality control at every stage of production. From raw materials to final inspection, ESTRON maintains strict standards that ensure consistency and reliability in every spool of wire they deliver. This dedication to quality is not only reflected in their end products but also in their transparent and methodical approach to manufacturing — a level of professionalism that speaks volumes about their company culture.

We were impressed by their es-Linum high-performance cable, a unique high-tech cable developed by Estron with 2, 3, 6, and 8 conductors as standard, and up to 14 conductors in custom solutions. The cable is strong, thin, and almost invisible. The cable is made from ESW™ – silver-plated copper wire and strengthening fibres. Extruded with formable Pebax, the standard versions are only 0.9 mm in diameter. Its compact design minimises acoustic feedback, and the unique material properties effectively reduce sound waves and mechanical vibrations. Ideal for hearing aids, medical hearing, OTC hearing, earphones, communication earpieces, and similar micro applications. Since its introduction in 2006, es-Linum has been utilised in millions of applications, with its quality and reliability consistently demonstrated.
